I have to go through those very tough enemies with so much hard work and effort just for that?! Super Paper Mario did a better job with the rewarding (Infinite 3D Flipping even though beating the Flopside Pit Of 100 Trails twice was bad enough). Pit Of 100 Trails is hell difficult! That was one of the reasons why i quit the game. Pit of 100 trails? What a waste of time and WAY too hard for nothing trying to fighting your way through 99 of those enemies and fighting Bonetail in the 100th level! The award for beating Bonetail is not even worth it at all like a Return Postage?! Do I want a freaking badge that enemies who come directly into contact with me while attacking are damaged by half of what they dealt to Mario. The effect really needs to change even if it's 5 seconds or less. Usually the VC re-releases get rid of flashing lights like those. Get rid of the white flashing from those Black Demon Chests when they curse you for different paper shapes that is gonna cause some seizure problems to some people in the world when they play the game even when this game gets a VC release on the switch too. They didn't even include Shortcut Pipes for Chapter 3, 4, and 7 and maybe somewhere in Rogueport Town (Similar to how Goomba Village had a blue pipe and you start there too) like why? They could of just put them below the ones on the top and use the early ones below while later ones go to the top if you get the idea. There still quite far to go to and it's just so time consuming anyways to use them unless they can think of a shortcut to get them them faster. You have to go quite a way to get to them in the Rogueport Sewers, and you really will start to notice if you're doing a bunch of the sidequests. I don't really like how far away the blue short cut pipes to previous areas are. Okay I really need to think on this part which was the worst idea they thought of for so much backtracking in Chapter 7 to go after General White who i consider the mascot of backtracking. Once you get to the Pirates Grotto entrance which is blocked a Warp pipe appears after Bobbery joins you that will lead you to the camping area.Ĥ. After acquiring Vivian as a partner in both modes, a warp pipe will be formed in the first area of Twilight Trail that will take players straight to the entrance of Creepy Steeple.ģ. Add a Pipe in Boggly Woods just near the Shadow Sirens after they are defeated and it will lead you nearby somewhere the Pipe that takes you to the other side of the background to Flurries house.Ģ. Mowz requires you to go all the way back to the room where you fought Hooktail to find a worthless badge. Spoiler alert: He ends up going back to the place where you started. Chapter 7 has the dumbest fetch quest that I've ever seen in a game, where you have to go back to almost every area you've been to find General White. Chapter 5 makes you go to the entrance of Pirate's Grotto and back to the camp 3 times as well. Chapter 4 has you going from Twilight Town to Creepy Steeple and back 3 times, one of which has you partnerless against enemies like Crazy Dayzees that can put you to sleep which is rather dangerous. Chapter 2 has you going through Boggly Woods to get to Flurrie's house only to go back to the start to get her necklace and return it to her. The first chapter isn't that bad, really only making you go through Petalburg and back to get to Hooktail Castle. Almost every chapter has an obscene amount of backtracking. I hope they can remix the track up and fix the instruments in the remake. Have a listen at it and let me know what you think of it as of now. The credit theme didn't sound really cheerful and exciting enough (look at Color Splash having a very good credits theme that sounded so spot on) neither did it sound relaxing to be an ending and sounded kinda bland.
